Staying with the Mucci kids for a couple of days - what a blast. I was so looking forward to getting more 'hang time' with them, and so far it has been great...they are great kids...I like being the 'cool kid' that kids like to hang with.

Dinner conversation last night...[my thoughts in parenthesis]
Josh - 'I can't believe your youngest sibling is only 10!' [I can't believe you just used the word sibling
]
Josh - 'you are 30, right?' [thanks for reminding me!]
Nick - 'but you are still younger than mom - she is 36' [wish you could have been there for me to smirk at Wendy - did I correct him and tell him you are 37? No - I am cool like that]
Josh - 'you look like you are 22 or something though'
...at this point I am feeling all young and smug...who knew a sudden change of conversation was ahead?...
Josh - 'did they have TV when you were born?'
...so much for feeling young and smug...

That is so funny! Kids are great that way! I once had a kid come up to me and ask if I was going to have a baby. I said, No. He said, well, you are really, really , really fat! Yes, 3 really's! How depressing!
LOL!!! That is hilarious!
Have fun with the Mucci clan, and a lovely weekend!!
I'm glad you are enjoying your time! It's always refreshing to spend time with smart kids. =)
Ha Ha! Today at work a child noticed my belly and asked if I were pregnant. When I replied in the affirmative he then asked, a tad shyly, "Are you still Mrs. Jennifer?" I told him that I had always been Mrs. Jennifer (well, at least as long as he had known me). I experienced some confusion as to what exactly his question meant: it sounded as if he was asking if my name had changed through a recent marriage. No, I thought, Collin is in the fourth grade, so surely he knows that Jennifer is my first name! Before I could ponder this further another child asked what the Baby's name was. After I told them, Collin smiled and said, "Caleb Jennifer." Oops! I then informed him that our last name is Williams, so he could rest assurred that poor Caleb wouldn't have a girly last name!
Love it! Have a great time.
LOL!!! Out of the mouths of babes!
It happens to the best of us...welcome to the club.
bahahahahaha!
Okay....lauged out loud at that one!!!
BTW...37 still feels like 22 most days...then the children get up.
