  • sickness and squishy eyeballs...

    ...still sick, but I had to get on here for at least a minute to say that I am alive - just not very well at the moment.
    I left work on Tuesday night after going in late and only being there for two hours...today attempted school, but left before my last class and called in sick to work.  If I wake up still feeling as cruddy as I have been, I will not go to work tomorrow, but will go see the Dr, and probably try to get in to see a chiropractor as well...give this yucky-ness the old one-two punch. 
    For now, I am drinking a ton of fluids, beefing up on the vitamin C and resting a TON.

    Wow.  How boring am I?

    Here is something interesting - at least to me, and perhaps all of you can weigh in on whether it is 'normal' or not.   So for as long as I can remember, when I am congested, and rub my eyes, my left eyeball makes this odd squishy noise like I could potentially pop my eyeball right out of my head.  It is WILD, and kind of sick to anyone listening...it doesn't hurt at all, and is kinda fun to play with while I gross other people out.  Is it wrong of me to get such a kick out of grossing other people out?  hmmmmm

    And now, five minutes into this post the medicine has kicked in and is making me super sleepy all of a sudden. More of this riveting babble later...

  • This is def. a Halloween post.  "Sickness and squishy eyeballs" made me think of Halloween!  LOL

  • What's the deal?  I think I comment on everyone's site and then I find that I haven't.  ANYway.  Jay has squishy eyeballs.  We make fun of him for it all the time because it grosses us all out.  Maybe you two could get together and do a duet.
